A new Public Notification Rule went into effect in Pennsylvania in which water suppliers must notify their customers immediately of any water emergency.
Highridge has subscribed to a secure computer notification system to provide alerts via land line, cell phone or e-mail. It is urgent that you provide us with updated contact information so that you will be informed of issues that relate to your water service. For those unwilling to share this phone information, we will deliver emergency notices to the following media concerns: WJAC, WTAE, WPXI, WDAD(1450 AM), KDKA(93.7 FM), WQMU(92.5 FM), WLCY(106.3 FM), WFGI(95.5 FM) and WKYE(96.5 FM).
If any of your contact information changes, please notify Highridge immediately so that you are updated when water emergencies occur.
